Uses:
Diffuse to uplift mood
Apply to toothbrush before brushing teeth for fresh breath
Add a drop or two to any dessert, drink, salad, or entrée for flavoring and to promote digestion
For occasional stomach upset, add 1–2 drops to water and drink

SPEARMINT ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES

Spearmint Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients: 1 ½ cup spelt flour, 1 ½ cup soft white wheat flour, 1 teaspoon cocoa, 1 tablespoon molasses, 1 egg, 1 cup , quick oats, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup chocolate chips , 1 drop Spearmint oil, ¾ cup raw sugar, ½ cup coconut oil , ½ cup butter, ½ cup honey, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ cup chia seeds
​Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix refrigerated coconut oil and butter, blending until smooth. Add honey, sugar, molasses, egg, cocoa, and blend until smooth. In separate bowl, mix spelt flour, quick oats, salt, baking . oda, chia seeds, and soft white wheat flour. Combine liquid mixture into this bowl while continuing to mix. Add chocolate and mix thoroughly. Scoop and form 12 cookies and place onto baking sheet. Bake on center rack for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Rosemary Spearmint Soap
Ingredients: 15 drops Spearmint oil, 15 drops Rosemary oil, Olive oil melt-and-pour soap base , Silicone mold, Optional: Dried herbs.
​Instructions: Cut segment of soap base and melt in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds. Add dried herbs to soap mold. Add essential oils to soap mixture and blend thoroughly. Pour into soap molds. Allow to rest for one hour.
Remove from soap molds and store in a cool dry place until ready to use.
